college is hard

i'm in an anime seminar and one of my readings about amateur manga just told me the origin of the word "yaoi" to describe the genre i'm laughing so hard right now

it's made up of the first syllable of three phrases:
yama nashi, ochi nashi, and imi nashi

these mean:
no build-up, no foreclosure, no meaning 

lololol

"[These phrases]  are frequently cited to describe the almost total absence of narrative structure." 

i love college

I really can't do trades/ requests anymore. At least, not for a long time
It makes it hard for me to draw when i feel as though i have something "due"

Drawing has become a struggle for me and i really need to take some time to draw my own characters and work on my art
I'm leaving for college in a week and a half and just don't even know how much time i'll have to draw

i want to start working on scenes and pixel art and just design more characters, as well as make new refs for ALL of my characters. 

so yeah just going to be experimenting for a long time now
